The operations of KEINO Competence Center will end in 2024

KEINO Competence Centre is part of the implementation of the Finnish Government Programme and its operations are steered and funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. KEINO supports and helps Finnish public contracting authorities with the development of sustainable and innovative procurement.

The Ministry's project funding for KEINO Competence Center ends by the end of February 2024. Due to this, most of the activities will be phased out during 2024. The organizations of the KEINO consortium have drawn up a plan for terminating the operation of KEINO and for the continuation of certain activities. The organizations of the KEINO consortium will continue to support sustainable and innovative procurement as part of each organization's operations.
