Low-carbon potential product cards
From the perspective of low-carbon public procurement, certain product groups become particularly important not only because of the emissions they cause, but also because of the significant emission reductions included in them. Such procurement categories include energy for buildings, construction, maintenance of areas, food services, travel and transport, as well as some procurement of goods.
The accompanying product cards describe the emission reduction potential of these six procurement categories and which factors affect the realization of the emission reduction potential in procurement.
